Project Description
Renovation and reconstruction of the historic Point Breeze hotel destroyed in the 20’s by a fire. The club amenities are designed to reach the highest standards; health club, spa, restaurant, bar, billiards bar, sushi bar, wine cellar, screening room, pool area, ballroom, and residential apartments. The job is to rebuild what it was destroyed, adding the technological and service elements a building should have nowadays, keeping the Nantucket identity.
