Project Description
For the design of these high-end 30 stories tower in midtown Manhattan development by Laurence Rubens, the inspiration was found in the vertical Art Deco lines in the building of that area.
The result is a new Art deco image, reinterpreted with the use of modern materials;
resin cut of screens, polish plaster, silver leave ceilings, floor to ceiling crystal chandeliers, modern furniture and a careful lighting, gives to the space a seductive atmosphere, trying to find a new identity for a lobby space taking elements from boutique hotels lobbies.
