Project Description

In this 25 apartments project the job was as an investment consultants, going beyond design and working as developers and designers for a local investor.

After locate a good piece of land in an area with potential growth, and a careful study and research of the local real state market; we determined: what kind of units and sizes were in demand, which was the potential buyer, sales price range, and a general esthetic appearance in demand that would allow a fast sale.

The study took shape organizing the units facing an interior  Private Street that work as a central yard, The one and two bedrooms apartments face this street with kitchens and living rooms and they get privacy for the bedrooms areas facing privates interior back yards.
