Project Description
This is a 60 units, high-end condominium hotel, developed in four stories. The complex is conformed by studios, two bedrooms and tree bedroom units organized in one floor, duplex and triplex units, facing the ocean the layout is formed for four buildings, a restaurant and lounge and landscape with swimming pool connecting the outdoor spaces.
The materials used are related with the light colors and shapes of the ocean giving a young fresh and summer feeling to the experience.
